  • Matthew Reynolds

    President and Director of Sales

    Matt’s passion for woodworking started 30 years ago selling wood crafts to family friends and at bi-annual craft fairs. His ground-up approach to learning spawned into positions as Antique Restorer, Cabinetmaker, Shop Owner, Lead Engineer, Sr. Project Manager, Project Executive and now President and Director of Sales for Studio Woodwork. He has had the unique privilege to lead award winning superyacht, private estate, and corporate interior projects for some of America’s most discerning clientele. Matt attended Peters Valley Craft Center, The Center For Furniture Craftsmanship, and holds degrees in Business Administration and Information Technology. Excellence is at the core of his past work, and remains the central focus at Studio Woodwork.

  • Phillip Lane

    Lead Engineer

    Phillip Lane brings 21 years experience in the millwork industry with roles as Cabinetmaker, CNC Programmer and Lead Engineer . He has worked on significant projects such as the Mercedes Benz Stadium, Wynn Casino, St Regis and Hard Rock Hotels, showcasing his ability to handle large-scale, complex tasks. Phillip is skilled in AutoCAD 2D/3D and various CNC programming software, including AlphaCAM and RouterCIM.

    His career spans roles at Mark Richey Woodworking, Zepsa Architectural Woodwork and Mortensen Woodwork. As a decorated Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps, Phillip brings discipline, leadership, and technical precision to every project.

  • Alex Burr

    Lead Engineer

    Alex Burr is an innovative millwork engineer with a unique ability to blend creativity with precision. Since joining Studio Woodwork at its inception, Alex has been instrumental in managing complex, high-end millwork projects for both commercial spaces and estate-level residences. His deep understanding of design and craftsmanship, coupled with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, allows him to approach each project with a strategic, problem-solving mindset. Known for his out-of-the-box thinking, Alex consistently delivers custom millwork solutions that enhance the beauty and functionality of any space.

  • Hannah Reynolds

    Project Coordinator

    Hannah Reynolds is a skilled Project Coordinator with diverse industry experience in digital marketing, estimating, and administrative roles. At Studio Woodwork, she prepares detailed project estimates, maintains precise documentation, and coordinates communication between internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. With a history in digital media, Hannah also leverages her creative expertise to develop content strategies and manage social media, enhancing brand visibility. Her unique blend of analytical and creative skills enables her to support projects from initial planning through successful delivery.

  • Gino Fessia

    Engineer

    Gino Fessia is an experienced millwork professional and certified AWI Master Craftsman. In over 30 years he has held roles as cabinetmaker, installer, production manager and job-site superintendent. He has led projects and created technical drawings for high-end residential, commercial and luxury yacht interiors.

    Gino holds an Associate’s Degree in Engineering from University of Massachusetts and has completed 3,200 supervised and certified shop hours, along with 800 hours of class time training. His depth of industry knowledge continues to make him an invaluable asset to any project focused on translating complex architectural designs into flawless millwork installations.

  • Taylor Belge

    Engineer

    Taylor Belge is a highly skilled Millwork Engineer with a 15 years experience in architectural drafting, custom woodworking, and project management. Well-versed in both residential and commercial construction, Taylor has developed expertise in transforming complex design concepts into detailed, actionable shop drawings.

    Having worked with a variety of materials and techniques, including CNC plasma cutting, cabinetry, and custom metal fabrication, Taylor is knowledgeable in fulfilling diverse project needs. He holds a Master’s of Architecture in Building Energy Optimization and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design.

  • Amanda Smith

    Engineer

    With nearly two decades of experience in the millwork industry, Amanda Smith has cultivated a deep understanding of commercial and residential construction and design. As both a Program Engineer at Fivestar Architectural and sole owner of an architectural drafting business, she specializes in creating detailed shop drawings for a wide range of projects, from new construction to renovations and alterations. Her strong technical expertise in AutoCAD and 3D modeling is paired with a keen eye for design, ensuring tailored solutions for each client's unique needs.

  • Aybüke Safi

    Engineer

    Aybüke Safi holds a Master’s in Architectural Restoration and a Bachelor’s in Architectural Design from Istanbul Technical University, where she specialized in sustainable, technology-driven design.

    With extensive experience in prestigious refurbishment projects, such as the Core Club in New York, Aybüke brings a sharp eye for both aesthetic and structural integrity. Her proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Photoshop allows her to combine technical precision with imaginative design, ensuring flawless execution from concept to completion in custom millwork projects. She is highly skilled at managing complex technical drawings and understands the detailed craftsmanship required for upscale commercial and residential jobs.

  • Bilal Ergin

    Engineer

    Bilal Ergin is an expert Architectural Engineer with extensive knowledge in millwork and stonework projects. He has created detailed shop drawings for over 150 luxury commercial and high-end residential projects, including the Chelsea Hotel Spa, Google Office, the Empire State Building Office and extensive work in NYC private residences.

    With a Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture from Istanbul Technical University, Bilal combines technical precision with a keen eye for detail. His diverse experience has allowed him to develop strong expertise in producing shop drawings for large-scale projects across the U.S. and Europe, making him a valuable part of our team.

  • Brandon Thomas

    Engineer

    Brandon Thomas is a versatile millwork professional with a diverse background in cabinet making, project management, pre-construction coordination, and engineering. With over two decades of experience spanning residential and commercial construction, he brings a strategic mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a strong attention to detail that have consistently contributed to project success.

    Brandon’s career began with a strong foundation as a carpenter’s apprentice, followed by a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Housing, Interior Design, and Resource Management. His practical experience in millwork was enhanced by his academic knowledge of design, making him well-versed in both the aesthetic and technical aspects of project delivery. Over the years, he has honed skills to consistently deliver high-quality results.

    Doug Erwin is a seasoned millwork Engineer with over 20 years of experience in custom millwork and engineering solutions. He has successfully contributed to a wide range of high-end projects, working closely with production and engineering teams to deliver precise, detailed drawings.

    Doug's extensive background includes roles at prominent firms like Victory Woodworks and Fadco, where he honed his skills in drafting, engineering, and field measurements. With a strong knowledge of AWI standards and comprehensive understanding of construction methods, he is an invaluable asset to every team. Doug’s commitment to craftsmanship, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively make him a key player in delivering exceptional results.

    Engineer

    Ece Ozdemir is a skilled millwork engineer and interior architect with a strong background in delivering precision-driven design solutions. She holds a degree in Interior Architecture & Environmental Design with a minor in Industrial Design. Throughout her career, Ece has contributed to complex millwork projects, including ThePeninsula Istanbul, Chelsea Barracks in London, and upscale commercial spaces.

    Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and the Adobe Suite, Ece excels at developing detailed 2D and 3D models for custom millwork and furniture. Her meticulous attention to detail, combined with her ability to adapt to client needs, ensures the creation of high-quality, tailored millwork drawings that balance design integrity and practical execution.

    Engineer

    Larry Propst is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in the architectural millwork industry, having contributed to several prominent millwork companies throughout his career. His expertise in doors and door hardware makes him a trusted specialist for custom, high-quality door drawings. Larry also excels in handling complex shapes with precision, and his strong background in structural and exposed metal allows him to provide practical, technically sound solutions that meet even the most demanding specifications. His long-standing dedication to the craft underscores his ability to adapt and excel in both traditional and modern millwork techniques.

  • Meltem Altay

    Engineer

    Meltem Altay is a senior architect with extensive experience in large-scale, high-profile projects across hospitality, residential, and commercial sectors. A graduate of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, she has worked on intricate jobs like the SO-Moscow Hotel, Shvo Residence, and 711 Core Club.

    With a strong expertise in shop drawings and design coordination, Meltem combines technical precision with creative problem-solving, making her integral in delivering sophisticated architectural millwork solutions.

  • Milena Swiedrych

    Engineer

    Milena Świędrych is an experienced Millwork Engineer with a strong focus on estate level residential interiors. Since 2012, she has worked collaboratively with design teams, project managers, and fabricators to produce precise, intentional technical drawings. Milena's expertise lies in delivering accurate documentation that addresses every aspect of the build and installation process.

    She also holds a Master of Science from the University of Science & Technology in Cracow. Through her education and industry experience, Milena has cultivated a propensity for excellence and a keen attention to detail that make her an invaluable part of our team.

  • Yasemin Marangozogullari

    Engineer

    Yasemin Marangozogullari is an experienced architect and interior designer with a strong background in large-scale international projects. She holds dual degrees in Architecture and Interior Architecture. Yasemin has contributed to notable projects like The Peninsula Istanbul, Galataport Istanbul, and 711 Core Club NY, gaining valuable expertise in both design and millwork construction.

    Proficient in tools such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and the Adobe Suite, she brings creativity and technical skill to her work, delivering innovative engineering solutions across residential and commercial sectors.
